![]() ![]() Let me know if this works for you or not. When it comes to my RTX 3080 it was working right away without going through all of the steps above, but hey it's worth trying anything at the point right? Sadly I couldn't get my Radeon VII to work.AMD dropped the ball so hard with that GPU that it isn't funny. This is how I got my Vega 64 to work with my X58. If you do NOT SEE video you can try using the GTX 1080 Ti as the primary GPU (top PCIe slot) with the RTX 3070 as the secondary and restart the process. Then Power On the PC again to see if you get video with ONLY the RTX 3070 installed. If you DO see video, let it load into the OS then shutdown the PC again.Power on PC and see if you get video (BIOS splash screen).During the shutdown plug the output cables (DP\HDMI) into the RTX 3070.Remove GTX 1080 Ti Nvidia Drivers (+ DDU).Display\output Cables should be connected to the GTX 1080 Ti.Install RTX 3070 as the primary GPU (top slot) with the 1080 Ti in another PCIe slot.Have you tried uninstalling your old GTX 1080 Ti, removing the 1080Ti drivers (+ DDU), installing the RTX 3080 in another GPU slot? It's pretty straight forward and might be worth a try. I do get a different beep code when the PC starts up with my RTX 3080. After plugging in the cables I still had no video and a simple hard reset fixed that minor issue. I have experienced the black screen ONLY ONCE and that was when there was no video output cables plugged into the GPU before turning on the PC. U/eltramas - I am running a RTX 3080 myself and it was straight forward. ![]()
